Johanna joined Path Law Group in 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience in navigating the intricacies of immigration law. She specializes in handling both immigrant and nonimmigrant cases related to business and family immigration, providing thorough support in procedures such as adjustment of status, consular processing, naturalization, and nonimmigrant visas including O-1, EB-1, EB-2/National Interest Waivers, P, and investment visas. Throughout her career, Johanna has successfully represented a wide range of clients, from directors and actors to electrical linemen, food scientists, corporate leaders, and families. Her ability to navigate through diverse immigration issues demonstrates her adaptability and proficiency. Johanna is dedicated to simplifying the immigration journey for her clients, leveraging her profound knowledge and experience to help them meet their immigration goals.

Before joining PLG, Johanna refined her expertise at a private immigration law firm in Los Angeles, California, concentrating on family-based immigration, removal defense, and asylum cases. She is fluent in Spanish.
